Returns

1.Click the https://natapar.com/account/ login to log in your accoun t.

2. After logging in to your account, you can see your order number, which is usually in the form of numbers.

3. After the query to the order number, click on http://natapar.returnscenter.com to apply for refund.   

4.Natapar will send you an email telling you the specific return method. Please read the email carefully.

Shipping

We temporarily only deliver to the entire United States but not including remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.

We mail to the whole of the UK (UK mainland and its affiliated islands), but this does not include the overseas territories (British Indian Ocean Territory, the British Virgin Islands, etc.).

An additional fee of £12.99/$17.44/ticket will be charged for sending to the British military address BFPO. We do not serve remote postcode areas temporarily. If your order needs to be sent to a remote non-zipcode area, an additional fee of £ 2.5/$3.36/ticket will be charged.

USA: Once your package leaves our warehouse, you can expect to receive it within 5-12 business days, depending on your delivery address. When it comes to holidays, you might experience shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding.

UK: Once your package leaves our warehouse, you can expect to receive it within 4-10 business days, depending on your delivery address. When it comes to holidays, you might experience shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding.  

Unfortunately, we are still not able to ship items to different addresses in one order. You may need to place a separate order for each address. 

We try to process orders as quickly as possible so it may not be possible to change the delivery address, but please do always ask and we will do our very best to help. If needed, you can always contact us at hello@natapar.com , our customer care team will try to change the address if it hasn't been dispatched. Otherwise, you may need to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the new address.

Occasionally, some items are so popular that we have trouble keeping them in stock and they get back ordered. Rest assured, you’ll have everything soon; but in some cases, to make sure you get your order as soon as possible we ship items separately upon availability. We apologize sincerely for any delays.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping order confirmation including your tracking number. You can check the status of the order at any time by entering tracking number at the "Order Checker " page.
